Summer Session Calendar

All deadlines are 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) unless otherwise noted.

Enrollment will begin April 14, 2025 for continuing students and April 21, 2025 for all other students.

The Schedule of Classes will be available March 20, 2025

Session 1

June 30 - August 2, 2025 (5 weeks)

Deadlines: 

    • Add via WebReg - July 7, 2025
    • Billing statements available via Tritonlink - June 04, 2025
    • Cancellation for Non-Payment*-  June 27, 2025
    • Change Grade Option- July 18, 2025  
    • Drop with a Full Refund - July 7, 2025
    • No Refunds after July 8, 2025
    • Drop without a “W” Deadline - July 11, 2025 
    • Drop with a “W” Deadline - July 18, 2025 (for UG), July 29, 2025 (for GR)
    • Financial Aid Disbursements - June 21, 2025
    • No classes are held in observance of Independence Day, July 4, 2025
    • Registration Fee Payment Deadline - June 23, 2025
    • Waitlist Ends- July 2, 2025
 

*Cancel for non-payment: If you are not planning to attend, please drop your course. Do not depend on the automated system.

If you have already paid for your courses, and decide to add an additional course to the same session, the tuition and fees for your new course are due by the refund deadline date of that session.

**If you register after the payment deadline, you will not be canceled for non-payment

***Drop policies for lab courses may differ. Refer to the Schedule of Classes for exceptions.

August 4 - September 6, 2025 (5 weeks)

Deadlines: 

    • Add via WebReg - August 8, 2025
    • Billing statements available via Tritonlink - July 2, 2025
    • Cancellation for Non-Payment*- August 1, 2025
    • Change Grade Option- August 22, 2025
    • Drop with a Full Refund - August 8, 2025
    • No Refunds after August 9, 2025
    • Drop without a “W” Deadline - August 15, 2025
    • Drop with a “W” Deadline - August 22, 2025 (for UG), September 2, 2025 (for GR)
    • Financial Aid Disbursements - July 26, 2025
    • No classes are held in observance of Labor Day, September 1, 2025
    • Registration Fee Payment Deadline - July 28, 2025
    • Waitlist Ends- August 6, 2025
