Refunds of 100% of the per unit course fee are given for courses dropped up to the end of the first week of courses.
For Session I, the last date to obtain a full refund is July 7. For Session II, the last date to obtain a full refund is August 8. For Special Session courses, refer to the 2008 Deadlines Calendars for details: Session I, Session II, Special Session.
Once the fees have been reversed on a student account, that student may request a refund of any monies paid to the University for refundable fees. To request a refund, students must contact Student Business Services. Refunds take 2-4 weeks. A check will be mailed to the mailing address supplied on the visiting student application.
Any outstanding charges owed to the University must be paid before a refund can be issued.

If the request does not meet the criteria listed above your request will not be approved. Students are not eligible for refunds of courses for which they have received a grade. If you are in the process of petitioning for a grade removal, you must complete that process prior to applying for a refund.
