High School Students - Eligibility
High School Students use the following chart to determine eligibility to attend Summer Session.

- Students graduating from high school in the spring of 2009 are not required to submit additional materials and can enroll via the Summer Session on-line application.
- Students who will be seniors in the fall of the 2009-2010 school year must include a current transcript with the completed High School Enrollment and Registration Form (PDF).
- Students who will be juniors in the fall of 2009-2010 school year must include the Teacher/Counselor Recommendation Form (PDF) and a transcript with the completed High School Enrollment and Registration Form (PDF).
- Students who will be sophomores in the fall of 2009-2010 school year must include the Teacher/Counselor Recommendation Form (PDF) and a transcript with the completed High School Enrollment and Registration Form (PDF).
Students falling into any of the above categories may apply to take classes at UCSD during Summer Session. Students will be accepted based on their ability to meet the qualifications stated above.
Please note that attending Summer Session does not entitle you to enroll at UCSD during the regular academic term. Attending Summer Session does not guarantee admission to the University.
Students should check with their academic advisor at their home school to ensure their work at UCSD will be accepted towards their degree program or future college studies.
